3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges at our discretion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received on time.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you. You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws in the United Arab Emirates. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials provided by us without our prior written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, methodologies, and deliverables provided by Apex Consulting, including reports, presentations, and recommendations, are our intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use such materials solely for your internal business purposes. You may not share, sell, or otherwise exploit our intellectual property without our express written permission. Any pre-existing intellectual property of either party remains the property of that party.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law in the United Arab Emirates, Apex Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results from our consulting advice.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
